On Monday, November 23, the Child Life program of Morgan Stanley Children’s Hospital will officially launch the Heather on Earth Music Therapist program, made possible by the Heather on Earth Music Foundation. The program will enable patients and families to benefit from therapeutic music sessions, which can help make the hospital environment more manageable.

Heather On Earth Music Foundation Grants $34,000 To Winthrop-University Hospital
Mineola, NY – The Heather on Earth Music Foundation, founded by Geri Fessler to honor the memory of her daughter Heather, who passed away in 1985, has made a grant of $34,000 to Winthrop-University Hospital to fund the creation of a Music Therapy Program for pediatric patients.
